Welcome to Barcelona GSE Career Services!

Our Career Services team provides students and alumni with a portfolio of resources to support their career development and prepare for a successful job search.

We also work with recruiters and the Barcelona GSE network of faculty and alumni to identify placement opportunities that match the quality and caliber of our Master's graduates.

Career Services for Master's students

Career resources available to students throughout their Master's year include:

One-to-one guidance On-campus recruiting and field trips

Our full-time Career Consultants will meet with you individually throughout the Master's year to help you define your career goals, conduct mock-interviews, and support your job search.

Macroeconomic analysts, price analysts, and research departments in European economics, financial markets, and international economy, among others.

21% Consulting
Graduates join consulting firms specializing in competition economics, macroeconomics, financial markets, and public policy.

15% Government Authorities and Agencies
Central banks, competition authorities and treasuries are the most common public sector agencies that hire graduates.

14% Research and Academic Institutions
Institutions conducting research on development, economic policy, health economics, and international trade are the destinations for most graduate who enter this area.

11% International Organizations and Non-profits
Credit development officers, economists, program analysts, and internships with organizations such as the United Nations, the World Bank, and the World Health Organization, among others.

Data scientists, economists, and analysts with employers such as the Barcelona Supercomputing Center, Glovo, and Socialpoint.
